(5.5 US Gallons / 20.8 Litres)

Light Blonde Ale—Butchy Smooth

3.3% ABV, 8 IBU, 5 SRM, Est OG 1.034

Who said a Light Beer couldn’t be full of flavor? It is the lightest, smoothest beer of the bunch. Great flavorful replacement for Coors Light, Miller Lite, Bud Light, etc.. I always have this beer in rotation and you should do the same.

Witbier—Witty Wit Pecker

4% ABV, 13 IBU, 3.6 SRM, Est OG 1.040

An easy drinking brew with a dazzling mix of spices. Smooth, yet complex, in a very sessionable package that rivals Blue Moon or Celis White.

Hefeweizen—Hefe Nother One

4% ABV, 15 IBU, 3.6 SRM, Est OG 1.040

Another easy drinking brew that is very sessionable all day long. This Wheat Beer is similar to our Witbier, minus all the spices. Using a Hefe yeast strain will bring out the characteristic clove and banana aromas and flavors.

Brown Ale—Bust A Nut

5.4% ABV, 18 IBU, 15 SRM, Est OG 1.054

A smooth Nut Brown Ale with a creamy off white resilient head that provides lots of lacing. Bready, toasty aroma that follows through to the taste. This beer smells and tastes like victory!

Morning Stout

5.4% ABV, 46 IBU, 24 SRM, Est OG 1.054

Here’s a Stout that is light enough to have with breakfast and yet bold enough to have for breakfast. An aroma and flavor dominated by coffee, roasted barley and hints of chocolate. Worthy as is, Morning Stout also creates a great foundation for a brew you’d like to add coffee beans to, perhaps cold steeped in secondary. This one carries a dear spot in my rotation and I’m always sad when it’s not on tap.

Vanilla Porter—Vanna Pour Her

5.5% ABV, 29 IBU, 30 SRM, Est OG 1.055

A Creamy Brown Porter brought up to the next level by adding 5 Madagascar Vanilla Beans. A nose dominated by vanilla with a hint of roastiness. Flavors of vanilla, chocolate, coffee, and toffee. Fairly dark with a tan head. Let this one warm up as you drink it and take the Flavor Temp Ride. Your taste buds will thank you.

Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale

7% ABV, 19 IBU, 8 SRM, Est OG 1.059

All the flavors of a strong Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale in a more manageable package. Brews to about 6% ABV and gets bumped up to about 7% ABV after adding bourbon.

Pale Ale—DropKick N8

5.8% ABV, 69 IBU, 7 SRM, Est OG 1.056

This awesome brew was developed by Nate and Brad from UnderTheTableBrewing. Be sure to check out their youtube page! If you brew this, PLEASE PLEASE email Nate and let him know. He is keeping a running total of this brews' following, which is single handedly causing a hop shortage! This Pale Ale features 6oz of hard to get hops! Passion fruit aroma with hints of lime and strawberry. With a taste that follows the nose, this brew will hold its own against the likes of Zombie Dust.
