Light Blonde Ale—Butchy Smooth

3.3% ABV, 8 IBU, 5 SRM, Est OG 1.034

Who said a Light Beer couldn’t be full of flavor? It is the lightest, smoothest beer of the bunch. Great flavorful replacement for Coors Light, Miller Lite, Bud Light, etc.. I always have this beer in rotation and you should do the same.

Morning Stout

5.4% ABV, 46 IBU, 24 SRM, Est OG 1.054

Here’s a Stout that is light enough to have with breakfast and yet bold enough to have for breakfast. An aroma and flavor dominated by coffee, roasted barley and hints of chocolate. Worthy as is, Morning Stout also creates a great foundation for a brew you’d like to add coffee beans to, perhaps cold steeped in secondary. This one carries a dear spot in my rotation and I’m always sad when it’s not on tap.

Pale Ale—DropKick N8

This awesome brew was developed by Nate and Brad from UnderTheTableBrewing. Be sure to check out their youtube page! If you brew this, PLEASE PLEASE email Nate and let him know. He is keeping a running total of this brews' following, which is single handedly causing a hop shortage! This Pale Ale features 6oz of hard to get hops! Passion fruit aroma with hints of lime and strawberry. With a taste that follows the nose, this brew will hold its own against the likes of Zombie Dust.
